She uses somatic and mindfulness practices in her therapy services with clients. She specializes in working with clients who have experienced family violence, separation, divorce, anxiety, depression, co-parenting challenges and family conflicts Suchira speaks multiple languages including English, Hindi and Bengali (South East Asian languages) and can offer services in all these languages.
